So, the obvious question is how to obtain this form of “sulphurophane”?

Yes indeed, please tell us, give us the link to get the good compound to get rid of all those plastics :)

I found this from Robin Berzin, MD :

"Sulforaphane can’t flush out plastic particles, but research suggests it binds to microplastic chemicals (BPA, BPS, phthalates) making them water-soluble so that the body can excrete them. I take Thorne’s Broccoli Seed Extract (50mg Sulforaphane Glucosinolate) to help my liver do this important job."
